Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes:
- Membership Registration and Management: To confirm the user's intention to register, verify identity, confirm whether the user is over the age of 14, maintain and manage membership status, prevent unauthorized use of services, provide various notices and notifications, etc.
- Service Provision:
- To provide basic and personalized services, send contracts and invoices, verify identity and age, process payments and settlements, pursue debt collection, etc.
- To provide and improve sleep tracking and analysis service.
- Grievance Handling: To verify the identity of the complainant, confirm the details of the complaint, provide notifications for fact-finding, and communicate the results of the handling process.

① The Company collects and processes the following categories of personal information from service users:
- Basic Information Collected During Membership Registration: ID, password, name, email address.
- Personal Identifiable Information Used for Contact or Identity Verification by the Company: Account nickname, email address, country/address/state/province/city/zip code, usage data, advertising identifier (ADID).
- Information Collected During Service Usage: Age, gender, sleep-related survey results, sleep information, usage behavior information.
- Usage behavior information is automatically collected during service usage.
- This information may include the user's device Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, browser version, the Company’s service pages visited by the user, the time and date of the user’s visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.
- Additionally, the Company may collect information sent by the user’s browser each time the user visits the Company’s services or accesses the service via a mobile device.
- Access to Health Data: Sleep duration, sleep patterns, sleep quality metrics, time spent for sleep stages, time of sleep and wake, sleep latency, wake-up inertia, sleep efficiency is collected through Health Connect, Apple Health access.
- During Grievance Handling: The Company may collect and process necessary items from the above information or additional information required for handling the specific grievance.
② Users who register for the service are subject to the privacy policies of Apple, Google, or Kakao login services.
