Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Munice Inc. (the “Company,” “we,” or “us”) and the user (“User,” “you,” or “your”) regarding the use of the Renight mobile application and any related services provided by the Company (collectively, the “Service”). The purpose of these Terms is to ensure fair and transparent use of the Services, while outlining the conditions under which Renight is offered, used, and maintained.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
    1. “Service” means the Renight mobile application and all related services, including sleep analysis, monaural beats playback, and other features offered by the Company.
    2. “User” means any individual who accesses or uses the Service, whether as a registered Member or as an unregistered Non-Member.
    3. “Member” means a User who has registered for an account, agreed to these Terms, and has continuous access to the Service.
    4. “Non-Member” means a User who uses the Service without creating an account.
    5. “Content” means all text, sound, music, graphics, videos, images, data, and other materials made available by the Company through the Service.
    6. “Mobile Device” means a smartphone, tablet, or similar device capable of downloading or using the Service.
    7. “App” means the software application distributed by the Company through digital marketplaces that allows Users to access and use the Service.
    8. “App Store” means the digital distribution platforms operated by Apple Inc. (App Store) and Google LLC (Google Play Store).
    9. “Free Trial” means a limited period during which certain features of the Service are made available at no cost.
    10. “In-App Purchase” means any transaction made within the App to obtain additional content or features.
    11. “Subscription” means a recurring paid access plan that allows continuous use of premium features or content for a specified period (e.g., monthly or annually).
  2. Unless otherwise defined herein, other terms follow applicable laws, App Store policies, or general commercial practice.

Article 3 (Provision and Modification of Services)

  1. Provision of Services: The Company shall provide the Service on a continuous and stable basis, except where technical or operational reasons make this impossible.
  2. Scope of Service:
    1. The Service is primarily provided through the Renight App or Web.
    2. Certain features may require payment as defined in Article 8 (Subscriptions).
    3. Service features and availability may vary depending on the User’s device, operating system, or account type.
    4. When using the Service through a network connection, data usage fees may apply according to the User’s mobile carrier policy. The Company is not responsible for such costs.

③ Modification of Services:

  1. The Company may modify, add, or suspend certain features of the Service to improve functionality or comply with legal or technical requirements.
  2. Where a modification materially affects Users, the Company shall provide prior notice through the App, website, or email.
  3. In cases of emergency updates (e.g., bug fixes or security patches), notice may be provided afterward.

④ Disclaimer: The Company does not guarantee that the Service will be free from interruption, error, or delay, nor that all defects will be corrected immediately.

Article 4 (Service Suspension or Interruption)

  1. Temporary Suspension: The Company may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service under any of the following circumstances:
    1. Scheduled maintenance or system upgrades;
    2. Power outages, network failures, or equipment malfunctions;
    3. Force majeure events, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, or governmental actions; or
    4. Other circumstances in which the Company reasonably determines that suspension is necessary for operational or security reasons.
  2. Permanent Discontinuation: In the event the Company discontinues the Service in whole or in part for business or technical reasons (including mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring), the Company shall provide notice to Users at least thirty (30) days prior to the termination date.
  3. Liability Limitation: Except where otherwise required by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users arising from temporary or permanent suspension of the Service under this Article.

Article 5 (Membership)

  1. Becoming a Member: To use certain features of the Service, the User must create a Renight account (“Member”) and agree to these Terms. Registration requires the submission of accurate information, including name, email address, and authentication credentials.
